Thanks for taking the time to meet with me in [Rep. Levin](https://gijustice.com/tag/mike-levin/)'s office last week, sorry it took me so long to follow up. I'd like to keep the conversation alive, especially as the chair of the HVAC Economic Opportunity subcommittee, Congressman Levin is well placed to introduce legislation to support the troops by amending VEVRAA. 

I know HVAC is still looking for a full time EO subcommittee staffer, but I wanted Rep. Levin to know that I spoke with staff for the minority EO subcommittee staffer, Jon Clark, who told me they'd support opening up VEVRAA to ***all*** veterans. That seems like amazing news, though I don't know what the next steps are. Can we meet again after Rep. Levin is briefed on this, with the hope of moving some legislation on this? As a courtesy reminder, I've attached the proposed amendments (I handed hard copies to you when I was there, but didn't include a digital copy in earlier emails). Looking forward to hearing from you at your convenience.
