I have a favor to ask, and I'm hoping Rep. Levin's office can help;

Under 38 USC § 4212(c), the DoL is required to provide Congress information about complaints made by veterans protected under [VEVRAA](http://www.gijustice.com/vevraa?ref=gijustice.com) (it's supposed to be folded into reports required under [38 USC § 4107(c)](https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/38/4107?ref=gijustice.com)). This data is supposed to be included in an annual report to HVAC & SVAC, but I am not sure if this information is privileged or confidential in any way. I'd really love to get that data, but at the very least, I am trying to verify whether DoL is meeting its statutory obligations under § 4212(c).

**Can you or someone in the Member's office find out from the committee if data on OFCCP complaints has been included in annual reporting or not?** I am worried that, because of the discretion built into the statute, contractors would benefit from improper or inadequate preservation and distribution of that data.Thank you for any help you can provide in this matter!
