Hey [Justin \[Brown\]](https://gijustice.com/record/tag/Justin+Brown), I'm hoping you can help me figure something out related to research I'm doing on veterans employment discrimination.

Basically, the [DoL VETS annual reports are faulty in a smal](https://www.dol.gov/agencies/vets/resources/updates?ref=gijustice.com)l but important way. The VETS staff refuses to answer questions I have, said they'd only respond to a Congres[sional Inquiry. When I ](https://www.dol.gov/agencies/vets/resources/updates?ref=gijustice.com)pinged HCEL about this, I learned that they knew about the faulty reports last year and still allowed DoL to send a faulty 2019 report to HVAC.

Is there any oversight or accountability options when one committee is aware that another committee is receiving faulty info? I assume there'd be checks and balances in[ something like this, b](https://www.dol.gov/agencies/vets/resources/updates?ref=gijustice.com)ut you know what they say about assumptions... Can you help me figure out how to address this?
