Hello Senator Manning, 

My name is [Logan M. Isaac](http://loganmi.com/?ref=gijustice.com), and I am writing to you not only as a disabled Iraq veteran, but also as a representative of the [Military Improvement Association](https://gijustice.com/mia), a local organization promoting human dignity for military families. 

With Leg Days coming up next week, I would like to meet with you to discuss military civil rights. As a member of the Oregon Senate veterans committee you have the power to improve the lives of over 250,000 Oregonians like me. **I'd like for our state to become the first in the nation's history to pass a comprehensive** [**Military Civil Rights Act**](https://gijustice.com/mcra)**, and inspire other states to follow our lead.**
