📧 "Hate crimes references"

In the event anyone you speak to questions whether hate crimes are occurring, I have created a page to store data on some of the cases I have researched, including court documents;

I can say more on tomorrow's Zoom call, but the page is by no means intended to be comprehensive. All you would have to do to find other case studies is to search Google Scholar for violations of 18 USC §§ 1114 (Protection of officers and employees of the United States) or 119 (Protection of individuals performing certain official duties). These can be construed to cover a wide range of folks from bus drivers to US Marshals, but only 18 U.S.C. § 1389 protects the military community. That begs the same question I am hoping to have answered, which is;

Why is DoJ not enforcing hate crimes protections for soldiers, veterans, and their families?
