This is Oregon State Police (OSP) bodycam footage of the January 27, 2025 meeting in Rep. Shelly Boshart Davis' office, where my mention of speaking to a reporter is treated as a "threat" by staff — and the responding trooper, hearing both sides, declines to remove me.

OSP Trooper: Uh, I will talk to- Okay This is apparently my feelings are hurt, so Sure 30. Our final- This is Trooper Kolack. Just got a recording going. What? Just got a recorder going. Okay. So Sounds good. Had to go up a couple stairs, so.
Do you want him out of your office?
Renee Perry: No, he's our constituent. Okay. And we would like to get this resolved- Sure ... and get the business done. Mm-hmm. But I'd like it done in a civil manner. Absolutely. But my feelings are not important here.
Logan M Isaac: You accused me of a threat, which is a crime. If y- [00:02:00]
OSP Trooper: Well,
Logan M Isaac: your,
OSP Trooper: your, your feelings are important.
Logan M Isaac: They are. I just want you to
OSP Trooper: understand that.
Logan M Isaac: I have rights, and there's nothing prohibiting me from having my feelings. So if your feelings are important, so are mine. Don't tell me I'm threatening unless you know for sure that that's what's going on. Accountability- Sure ... is not threats.
OSP Trooper: Are you muting something?
So what's the issue? What's... So what's the issue today?
Dru Draper: He, he wants a bill drafted, and, uh-
Logan M Isaac: Not entirely correct
Renee Perry: And it's in its process. Mm-hmm. We've already made contact. I've made contact with the people you told me to contact. It's already in process. We haven't talked to our rep about drafting this bill yet because we haven't come together for a meeting.
And he said, "Well, if this isn't done, the next step, I'm going to The Oregonian." And I'm like-
Logan M Isaac: That's not what I said. I said, "I am going to The Oregonian on unrelated business. I'm going to talk to this about in an hour or so."
Renee Perry: Oh, now, now, okay
OSP Trooper: Do you-
Logan M Isaac: For the record, she's interrupted me almost every time I've spoken.
I said I'm going to The Oregonian.
OSP Trooper: Sure.
Logan M Isaac: I am going to talk to them about this. I will have only the [00:03:00] information I possess right now at this moment to give to a newspaper, and right now I know that my bill has been lost in the ether, and my two reps, my rep and my senator, are both ... I c- I don't have anything to show.
That's what I know.
Renee Perry: Because it's still in process.
Logan M Isaac: Yeah.
Renee Perry: These things take-
Logan M Isaac: And I never said any of that is untrue ... we've had- Did you get it?
Dru Draper: Yeah, so I got it.
Logan M Isaac: Does that link work?
Dru Draper: Yeah, it works. Yeah. So I will, we will figure out with we'll see if we, if, if we can access the current draft, and if we can't, we'll try to get it redrafted if, if that's something she's willing to do.
Logan M Isaac: Okay.
Dru Draper: Which we have to confirm with her. Um, but that, that's kind of the next steps, so that's- Should be- Should be a resolution.
Logan M Isaac: Great. Should I follow up, or should I wait to hear from someone?
Dru Draper: Uh, w- I'll... We should get, be able to get back to you within the week.
