# 📧 from Perry: "menace and outward hostility"

In my humble opinion, I believe our offices should not have further communication with this constituent. I feel any future communication would be better received from Building management, Capitol Security, or OSP.

For the record, in my 6 years as a well-seasoned senior staffer, I have encountered and experienced many uncomfortable and hostile situations. But none of them have ever made me feel as unsafe as this particular constituent’s encounter. He exudes a level of menace and outward hostility that I simply do not feel comfortable or safe around.

So, I personally, would appreciate increased monitoring of this constituent while he conducts business in this building, if not for our safety, but also for him to comfortably conduct business within his known perimeters.
