# Hanes: "one more incident and he gets" banned

Enclosed are two draft trespass memos that are modeled after the one we used for

(includes the appeal process).

\[Redacted\] has been trespassed from a number of DAS run buildings now for harassing, inappropriate and obstructive behavior. He has brought the same to the Capitol (i.e. disruptive in committees, loud and profane in the hallways, etc.). We are ready to send this to him via mail, certified mail and hand delivery if he shows up.

Mr. Isaac will get one more chance to come in and conduct himself in an appropriate manner, but **one more incident and he gets the memo.** He also has been inappropriate and disruptive in committee. Mr. Isaac has also visited and/or corresponded with several legislator offices (Rep Boshart Davis, Rep Scharf, Sen Gelser Blouin, Sen Thatcher, Sen Manning).

If the memos look, I’ll get them signed.

Sarah – \[redacted\], we can send the one for \[redacted\] via regular and certified mail. We’ll hold in place for Mr. Isaac unless or until he creates another disruption.
