OSP, under color of law, contends that there is no public interest in knowing what happened in House Office 389 on January 27, 2025.

ORLA, under color of law, contends (see attachment) that what happened was “threatening” and “concerning… disturbance.”

The two above things cannot be true; either

1. what happened in House Office 389 on January 27, 2025, WAS credibly described as a threat (which calls for public scrutiny), or
2. the language applied under color of law is unreasonable and represents an unlawful infringement of the Constitution.

You two decide. One way or another, I will have my rights, thank you very much. (Either in the court of law or the court of public opinion)

Katherine, you have until midnight on Sunday February 28th to send me the body cam footage or federal enforcement gets involved.
