📧 "Final demand: apologize" to Perry

On January 27, 2025, you deprived me of my Constitutional right to free speech. In recorded audio, you can be heard saying â€śI'm gonna call [Oregon State Police] if you do not tone your voice down.”

As a civil servant employed by the public, you acted â€śunder color of” the statutes of Oregon.

There is no state or federal law limiting a person’s “tone” nor empowering the Government to arbitrarily regulate the same.

Your premeditated threat was a violation of my Constitutional protection from “abridging the freedom of speech.”

If you do not satisfactorily apologize in writing by midnight on Sunday, March 2, 2025, I will file suit against you for $10,000 in Linn County under 42 USC § 1983. This email constitutes my good faith effort to resolve this matter before filing a legal claim.
