# 📧 "objection to proposed order"

Lines 17 and 18 must be deleted in both proposed orders; Judge Donahue was incorrect in naming “Plaintiff” in the fourth sentence of the fourth paragraph of his May 7, 2025 “opinion letter.” Only the Defendant, has cited ORS 14\. Plaintiff filed under ORS 46, and the statutory definition of “proper jurisdiction” in ORS 46.405.
