Below you will find the names of parties sent Litigation Hold Notices (LHNs) for a federal civil rights lawsuit, [**Case No. 6:25-cv-01159-MC**](https://gijustice.com/s/20250703-Isaac-v-Oregon.pdf), either because they are explicitly named in my complaint or because evidence acquired in discovery may expose them to legal liability.

LHNs are formal communications issued to key individuals instructing them to preserve all relevant documents, data, and information that may be related to a pending legal action. The purpose of this notice is to ensure that potentially relevant evidence is not destroyed, altered, or deleted, thereby preventing spoliation of evidence.
