# 📧 to SBA OIG, Ombudsman

Dear SBA Office of Inspector General and National Ombudsman,

I submitted Complaint ID 20250905q7xw on September 11, 2025 regarding Chase Bank's servicing violations on [SBA loan #5645189103](https://gijustice.com/record/tag/SBA), and provided supporting evidence via email on September 12, 2025.

I have not received confirmation of receipt from either submission.

On December 24, 2025, I received [SBA Form 1201 notice of intent to refer](https://gijustice.com/record/20251216-sba) this debt to Treasury, despite having an active OIG complaint pending for over three months regarding the lender's misconduct that created the delinquency.

Please confirm:

1. Receipt of Complaint ID 20250905q7xw
2. Current status of the investigation
