**Logan Martin Isaac:** Can you tell me what this is about? So, according to our record. The meter's ticking, but there's no name on the account. What's your name?   

**Joe, Pacificorp:** My name's Joe.   

**Logan Martin Isaac:** Okay. We're in public and I'm recording audio. Okay. Are you aware your employer's involved in active litigation against me?   

**Joe, Pacificorp:** No.   

**Logan Martin Isaac:** Okay.   

They are. Okay. So from the bottom up, I can show you the case number and everything. If you turn off my power, I'll take it as retaliatory and I will sue you for punitive damages your employer. You understand?   

**Joe, Pacificorp:** Okay. Well I have nothing to do with that. There's a notice and now I'm leaving.   

**Logan Martin Isaac:** If somebody disconnects our power, that will be taken as an adverse act and I will sue for punitive damages.   

You're this employee.   

**Joe, Pacificorp:** I understand, I understand that and I don't need to hear it. I'm just here to give you.   

**Logan Martin Isaac:** You do need to hear it. You're on payroll.   

**Joe, Pacificorp:** You're right. I'm on payroll   

**Logan Martin Isaac:** and did you gimme your name? And I'm just doing with   

**Joe, Pacificorp:** Joe. I'm just doing my job. That's all I'm doing.   

**Logan Martin Isaac:** So am I.   

**Joe, Pacificorp:** Okay. I understand that.   

But that's between you and the company?   

**Logan Martin Isaac:** You're the company.   

**Joe, Pacificorp:** No, I'm an employee of the company.   

**Logan Martin Isaac:** Right.   

**Joe, Pacificorp:** With no prior knowledge.   

**Logan Martin Isaac:** You do now have knowledge? I \[00:01:00\] do. So Joe and IBEW LU 6 5 9 now knows there's an active litigation. If you take action while under lawsuit, that will be ground for suing for punitive damages.   

**Joe, Pacificorp:** Okay. Take that up with the company and the court.   

**Logan Martin Isaac:** Will do, Joe. And you also know not to come to my place of business or my residence knowing that you're an active litigation. Your employer is.   

**Joe, Pacificorp:** I do now.   

**Logan Martin Isaac:** Okay. Thank.   

**Joe, Pacificorp:** You'll be put on the, uh, dangerous customer list too.   

**Logan Martin Isaac:** I'm not dangerous. That sounds like a threat. That also sounds like retaliation. I'd get in my car and leave.   

**Joe, Pacificorp:** So does threat Sue. So does threatening to sue for court.   

**Logan Martin Isaac:** Uh, it's suing is not a threat. And I'm also going take a picture.
