This email provides notice that [my public records request submitted April 2, 2026 has passe](https://gijustice.com/20260402-osu/)d the five-business-day confirmation deadline without response.  
  
I am contacting the Office of General Counsel to ensure the university is on notice of its outstanding obligation under Oregon public records law, [ORS 192.324(2), which ***requires***](https://oregon.public.law/statutes/ors%5F192.324?ref=gijustice.com) an agency to acknowledge receipt of a request "within five business days after receiving the request."  
I am prepared to pursue enforcement through the appropriate channels if confirmation and a response timeline are not provided promptly.
