Before I authorize payment, I need an itemized breakdown of what the $332.05 estimate covers. Specifically, I need to know whether the supplemental request submitted April 13, 2026 is included in that estimate or is still being processed separately.  
  
Regarding the bodycam footage: I intend to contest OSU's application of ORS 192.345(40) by petition to Benton County Circuit Court pursuant to ORS 192.411\. The circumstances of the April 1 detention — including documented physical contact, Miranda advisement, and statements subsequently entered into my permanent medical record that are contradicted by OSU's own documentation — present a substantial public interest in disclosure that I believe warrants judicial review.
