Two things, separate from the meet-and-confer I sent under the other subject line.

First, my preferred title is Brother, or Br. — not Mr. I've noted this before. I'd appreciate it going forward since I have been a Life Professed Member of the Hospitallers of Saint Martin since 2019. If you prefer I refer to you by Mx., Ms., Mrs., or Esq., let me know and I'm happy to use your preferred pronouns. 

Second: you don't owe me a courtesy by meeting your professional obligations. Filing objections on the return date, asserting privilege without a log, and taking the position that a dismissed defendant's communications are categorically off-limits aren't favors you're extending — they're the baseline I'm entitled to expect from an officer of this court, the same as any other Oregonian would be. I'd rather you just do that than frame it as generosity.
