# 📧 White: "production will be... in the next 2-3 weeks"

This email is in response to plaintiff’s email dated July 17, 2026\. As you know, I represent the defendants in this matter. I also represent the agencies who were issued document subpoenas by plaintiff: the Oregon State Police (“OSP”) and the Legislative Administration Committee (“LAC”). Attached are the subpoenas and the agencies’ responses to them. 

As plaintiff correctly states, the agencies submitted written responses to the subpoenas and are continuing to work toward production. More specifically, we have already produced 22 pages and 3 videos from the OSP, and 271 pages and 1 video from the LAC, and are processing additional ones for production. We estimate there will up to an additional 750 pages, once they are reviewed and processed. **I expect that the subpoena production will be out to plaintiff in the next 2-3 weeks.** 

Plaintiff provides nothing to suggest the agencies or DOJ have been behaving in anything other than good faith. Production of documents just takes a while. Moreover, I and my paralegal were preparing for, and then participating in, a trial in Eastern Oregon that started on July 6 and reached a verdict on July 15, 2026\. This took most of our time for about three weeks. The email to the Court from plaintiff was sent just two days after we returned from the lengthy trial.

I understand that plaintiff is frustrated by the process, but this is simply the nature of civil litigation. We would ask the Court to allow us to continue production in our ordinary manner.
