**Logan M Isaac:** so why did you allow a report be sent to your committee that has false information in it?

…I asked a specific question you received as subcommittee chair a report from the Department of Labor that is false I think our time is done you're accepting false reports from the DOL why is that

**Mike Levin:** if we're going to have a positive working relationship moving forward I hope that you would give me just and a scintilla of respect and in turn I will try to respect you.
