ORLA Visits

On February 21, 2025, Oregon Legislative Administrator Brett Hanes informed me that “a decision to restrict your access has been made” the same week Senate Bill 1057 was introduced. (Senator Kim Thatcher introduced SB 1057 “on [my] behalf” on February 18th)

Haines’ decision was premised upon the claim that my “recent visits to the Capitol have caused alarm, disruption and concern.” Here is his letter;

Since Oregon Legislative Administrator Brett Haines has characterized my visits to elected officials as somehow inappropriate, I have to compiled all the visits I made to public offices at the Oregon Capitol in Salem.

Which of these visits rises to the level of obstructing my existing civil rights while I advocate for my protected class?
