๐ง to Hankel

Sorry I haven't gotten that email to you I promised. But after looking at this email again, it already contains the legal argument you could send to OSU general counsel.
The simplest way to put it is that Oregon State is a public body and Holcombe fits the Oregon Revised Statutes definition of a place "open to the public" and therefore available for free speech activity.
If an individual blocks my Constitutional rights to engage in protected activity, they become personally liable to the victim under 42 USC ยง 1983. If two or more parties act in concert to deprive another of their rights, the FBI can take enforcement action under 42 USC ยง 1985, on top of the personal liability under ยง 1983.
Nobody at OSU has to help me arrange a free speech activity, but what does that say about the institution that actively enables anti-military bias?

Logan,
As mentioned I will forward your response to my supervisors for their assessment of appropriate next steps.
