Responded to Snell Hall at request of reporting party last [name?] of Isaac. Isaac advised there would be a potential violent confrontation between him and two subjects inside the Holcomb Center and he requested an officer be present.

I recognized Isaac's name from a previous case which resulted in Isaac being Excluded from OSU until removed by the chief of police. I ran Isaac through RMS and LEDS and confirmed he had an active exclusion on file. Upon arrival I contacted Isaac who recognized me and requested a supervisor. I informed him my supervisor was arriving and directed him to Sgt. Geeting's patrol vehicle which was arriving on scene. I informed Isaac he was being detained and advised him of his Miranda rights.

Isaac told me I was violating his rights accused me of being a member of the KKK and stuck his hand in his pocket balling his fist around something. I instructed Isaac to keep his hands out of his pockets which he refused to do, car fob was placed and again told me I was violating his rights and he did not need to follow my instructions. With the assistance of Sgt. Geeting and Ofc. Shobe, I placed Isaac in handcuffs, checked him for weapons and means of escape and secured him in the back of my patrol vehicle.

I transported Isaac to Benton County Jail. Isaac refused to cooperate with intake questions and required a Hospital Clearance to be admitted. I transported Isaac to the Hospital for a jail clearance, which was granted. While enroute to the jail from the hospital I was advised to standby as there was new information related to Isaac’s custody.

I was advised by Sgt. Geeting Isaac's exclusion expired on 01/22/2026 and the information was not properly uploaded into RMS of LEDS. Based on this I informed Isaac he was being released from custody and provided him a courtesy transport to his vehicle. This concluded our interaction. (04/01/26 15:35:14 Unit:W950]

Subject last [name?] of Isaac requested a Public Safety Officer accompany him to the Holcomb Center for a potentially violent confrontation. Isaac had a lifetime exclusion from OSU which I confirmed in both RMS and LEDS prior to my arrival. I arrested Isaac for Criminal Trespass 2 and transported him to Benton County Jail, then the hospital for a jail clearance. While enroute from the hospital to the jail I was advised Isaac's exclusion had expired and the information was not properly entered into RMS or LEDS. I released Isaac from custody and transported him to his vehilcle.
