📧 to USDOJ: "good to chat"

Hi Chelsea, it was good to chat just now. 

This email is to follow up on that call, in which I reiterated that I did not hear in your request any tangible, concrete reason for the government's request for more time other than a vague desire.

In our call you seemed to suggest that you were uninformed about your client's own prior efforts and could not speak on their behalf. I asked that next time a conferral becomes necessary that the DOJ come more prepared. I run a small business and had to close to return your call, which I cannot do many more times, if at all.
