- Please send the questions you'd like to ask in writing beforehand, or at least a list of topics, so I can answer accurately and completely.
- Please confirm who at OSU holds authority over both the monetary and non-monetary terms, and whether Miller Nash is authorized to negotiate on OSU's behalf, as opposed to gathering information.
- Please confirm whether Miller Nash was engaged through DAS Risk Management Claim P195310, and whether you also represent any individual OSU employees.
- Please confirm that the call and any follow-up are settlement communications subject to FRE 408 and ORS 40.190, consistent with my October 1 email.
