π voicemail with OSU Resolution atty
This is a message for Melissa Rawlinson. This is Logan Isaac. Uh, we have been speaking the last several weeks about a resolution to Oregon State University's false arrest of me on Wednesday of Holy Week earlier this year. I emailed you earlier this morning.
I haven't received a response, and it is now a week from our last correspondence in which you said one week I should re-reach back out to you. But since I haven't reached you, I am leaving a message which I am recording for my own use as well to inform you that on November eleventh at two PM, I have an appointment for a consultation for legal representation in this matter.
And in that time, if that attorney agrees to take my case, they will be in touch with you. And your job gets a whole [00:01:00] lot harder because you're dealing with another lawyer instead of just a pro se client who just wants some rest. So because I now have to create a record, I will be publishing our email correspondence to gijustice.com in anticipation of litigation.
If I find that I am barredβIf there is a statute that bars me from doing that, I will remove it. But I am aware of no such statute prohibiting me from publishing emails that have been sent to me and are therefore my property. So I'm sorry that your job might get harder. We have a week to hammer out an agreement before I leave it to other professionals 'cause I'm frankly just really tired, as I, I'm pretty sure I said in my first email to OSU on October first when I proposed resolution and which you are representing the public agency for.
Uh, I won't leave my phone [00:02:00] number on the recording because this is gonna go on YouTube and TikTok, but you know how to reach me and you know what timeline I have before this gets a whole lot harder for some of us and easier, hopefully, for me. Looking forward to hearing from you either by phone or email as soon as possible.
Thank you.
