🔊 voicemail to OSU
This is a message for Melissa, uh, Rawlinson. This is Logan Isaac. Um, I don't– I can't remember if I told you, but, um, I was deposed today by the state of Oregon, and your name came up, and Oregon State University came up. Um, and I've already informed counsel, the DOJ, that I intend to file a motion for leave to amend my pleadings, in which case I will name several Oregon State University employees.
Um, I have until November twentieth to, to submit that. Uh, consider this conferral by telephonic conference under Local Rule seven dash A, parenthesis, subsection A one. Um, you've already told me you'll accept service for this case, so I won't have the U.S. Marshals go to Oregon State University. Um, but yeah, consider this conferral.
Uh, I also have [00:01:00] outstanding email correspondence that is unanswered, specifically in terms of resolution. So, uh, the ball is in your court. Either answer my resolution questions, um, or if you have any objections, uh, I'll give you till, uh, Monday. By, by Sunday night, if I don't hear from you, I will inform the court you willfully refuse to confer by Local Rule 7-1(a).
Um, I think that's it. I'm not gonna read my telephone number into the, uh, record, the recording that I'm making, but you know how to get in touch with me. I'll follow up by email as well. Okay, thank you. Bye. Where's the hang up? There it is.
