🔀 Isaac v. Oregon
On April 8 and 9, 2025, the Oregon Department of Justice filed a motion to be named sole defendant in my Section 1983 small claim against Reneé Perry, Shelly Boshart Davis, and Brett Hanes. The motions were signed by Senior Assistant Attorney General Rebecca D. Maile under the authority of
