📧 to TEC (ignored)

The day or rest is coming to a close, so I’m returning to the matter at hand. I know that someone who manages Bishop Michael’s Facebook Page has seen my request, per the screenshot I’ve attached.

Silence is not a part of our tradition.   I have exhausted all means at my disposal to reach him with legitimate and documented concerns about Stanley Hauerwas’ harmful rhetoric as well as the abuse I suffered at his hands and the consequences thereof. I cannot meet with him in private if he refuses to communicate with a member of his flock in good standing.

I have asked for an audience with Bishop Michael, the man who confirmed me into our tradition, from as early as September 2017. If Bishop Michael does not honor that request or indicate his intent to do so before midnight tomorrow, I will be telling the Church the story of his silence.
