[00:00:00]

Mike Pacificorps: Thank you for calling. My name's Mike. How can I help?

Logan Martin Isaac: Hi Mike. I'm calling about somebody who visited my business, uh, employee number 6 3 4 9 9. Said they're gonna cut off electricity for non No, applicant is a pen.

Mike Pacificorps: Oh, okay. Um, just verifying the employee number. Thank you. Okay. Uh, his name is Joe. Alright. Uh, yeah. So what's the address where you had that, uh, visit

Logan Martin Isaac: 2 5 0 Broad Alban Street, Southwest number 1 0 4.

Mike Pacificorps: Number 1 0 4. Thank you.

Logan Martin Isaac: Who initiated the, the visit? Like what exactly happened?

Mike Pacificorps: Oh, uh, so my records indicate there is no applicant. Um, so, [00:01:00] uh, if there's usage without anybody signing for it, uh, then we. Uh, send someone to notify to sign for service or we will disconnect.

Logan Martin Isaac: So you just noticed that it was ticking, but nobody was there and you knocked and found out someone was there?

Mike Pacificorps: Uh, well, we received reads for the electric meter remotely and noticed, uh, usage consistent with someone being at the site.

Logan Martin Isaac: And you don't have any record of what's going on at that site that's preserved at a record at that level?

Mike Pacificorps: Uh, not since, uh, the month of September, no.

Logan Martin Isaac: And you weren't able to connect what happened to set in September with that?

That same location?

Mike Pacificorps: Uh, let's see. It was Le Barum, LLC that was in [00:02:00] there. Uh, just a sec.

Logan Martin Isaac: I am trying to figure out why Joe was sent out. 'cause it seems like he got, um, yeah.

Mike Pacificorps: Oh, okay. Um, my records indicate, uh, we spoke with, uh, Logan Isaac in September to cancel service. Uh, apparently the actual service was not shut off though. Uh, just the billing was canceled

Logan Martin Isaac: and that's all there is on the notes.

Mike Pacificorps: Correct.

Logan Martin Isaac: Um, okay, Mike, I'm gonna tell you what I told Joe, and I don't know why your company, your employer isn't telling you this.

Um, I've been trying to set up an account since, uh, well since September, actually. July, and whatever system that your employer has implemented, refuses to let me set up an account under lawfully [00:03:00] coherent. Uh, terms. Um, so I took them to court because they demanded a thousand dollars to start my account when I occupied this building and open for business on October one.

So Joe knows, and now Mike, you know, at the call center, and I hope you enter this into the notes so that somebody else doesn't get sent out to this location until it's resolved. Your employer should have told someone so that it reaches the system that I'm involved in active litigation against Pacific Power, or I'm sorry, Pacific Core, doing business as Pacific Power.

Your employer, um, anybody who acts on the employer's interests and the employer is aware that they're involved in active litigation, that will be an adverse act and I will sue the employer. And the employee's rep, employee's representative for punitive damages, if you're gonna turn off power and take an adverse action, um, that, that [00:04:00] exceeds the bounds of what's already been brought into question.

Um, you don't have any of that in your notes, Mike? I did

Mike Pacificorps: pull up the Liberum LLC account and found some notes.

Logan Martin Isaac: Okay? I wanna make sure that you understand. I, I'm happy to give you the case number, but your employer knows this. The court in Linn County knows this. So if your employer continues to try and skirt the law, I'm going to up what I'm asking the court to pay me in damages.

Now, that doesn't affect you, other than that you're the employee and so is Joe. But this is absolutely unprofessional and it's illegal. Um, this is like extortion. The employer, your employer claims without any justification that I owe it money. And this is a public utility. So if they're doing it to me, I know they're doing it to others, right?

I'm recording this call and I know where I was told that you're recording this call on your end. Um. If Pacific Core continues [00:05:00] to flagrantly violate my civil rights, I'm going to take it higher to federal court because I know monopolies or rather public utilities that are allowed to operate as a monopoly.

Are regulated and it's just too easy like this is, this is just a swish shot for me. I got all the documentation that I need, so please put in the notes so that someone like Joe or yourself knows without any shadow of a doubt. And again, if you want the case number, I can look it up in a moment and give it to you.

But I'm telling you, I'm giving this this call center adequate. Notice that, that your employer Pacific Power is under active litigation. To do something like what Joe did earlier today is going to be taken as intimidation and I am a member of a protected class. I'll also sue under civil rights laws, so I don't know who else to tell.

Um, I'm just gonna continue to use the courts to make sure [00:06:00] that Public Utilities act lawfully, but so that we both have a record of what's going on. I needed to make sure that I called and if you'd like, I am happy to try and open up an account again, but when that fails, I will use that in court against Pacific Court.

Mike Pacificorps: I'm not aware of a civil right to electricity.

Logan Martin Isaac: Uh, I'm sorry that you don't, aren't aware of that. That's not my problem.

Mike Pacificorps: Uhhuh. Okay. Um, I'm sorry. I'm not able to guarantee that Joe won't come by again And disconnect power

Logan Martin Isaac: if your employer takes action. Again, I'm going to increase the scrutiny on the, on your employer and Mike, if you're shown to have failed at your job and somehow, then that will come down on you.

If Pacific Power is telling you with some script or is like empowering you to do this, then that's their problem. But if Joe or someone like Joe does this [00:07:00] again despite a public record of notice, that will increase the appearance of bad faith. Are you there? Can you hear me? Would you like me to give you the case number or would you like to try and set up my account as I've been trying to do for, for several months?

Or would you like to discontinue the call? Either option is completely fine with me.

Mike Pacificorps: I do show an knowing balance that we would require in order to reinstate service in your name.

Logan Martin Isaac: Your claim that you're "reinstating" service is false. The court knows it. I know it. Would you like to discontinue the call? Would you like me to attempt to set up an account or, or what would, how would you like the rest, the end of this call to go, Mike?

Mike Pacificorps: I don't see where we can reach an agreement.

Logan Martin Isaac: Okay. I'll be putting this on the internet and Yeah, if you ever have, if you ever need a case number, it's public record.[00:08:00]

Mike Pacificorps: All right, Logan.

Logan Martin Isaac: Okay, thanks Mike. Bye.
