Senator (James) Manning, I’m writing to see what logistical details you might be able to share for the December Leg Days. I’m preparing my remarks before the committee on military civil rights, including the two bills that will be before the Legislature next session,

The Military Improvement Association is making plans to be there as well, and many of them have jobs they need to request time off from. I know the September Leg Days weren’t set in stone until the week before, will that be the case in December as well?
