📧 “Rights” from TSW

At this time I do not know what agreements have previously been made with Zondervan in regards to the Jesus, Bombs and Ice Cream study guide and dvd.  That would likely take some time for me to find out, which I am happy to do.  But I will not be able to do so before your January 26th 11.59pm deadline. I would like to also note that this item is no longer available in The Simple Way store and it seems we only sold about 13 of these through our store since 2013.  More may have been sold at speaking events.

In regards to the self-published Jesus, Bombs and Ice Cream booklet and dvd, we no longer sell it, and have been offering our remaining stock as a free resource for sometime now.  In the hopes that it is made accessible and seen, we would like to keep doing that.  We would be happy to pass on remaining booklets and dvd to you, if you would like them. 

Just for some insight in regards to royalties, in the first three quarters of last year (2019) we earned a total of $5.19 for the Jesus, Bombs and Ice Cream study guide and dvd through Zondervan.   And if I am reading the royalties statements correctly, the total number of royalties made by these items is about $3,050 in total.

If you want to proceed with serving The Simple Way with notice that you plan to change the agreement in regards to it, you can send that onto the TSW Board of Directors through me.

Thanks, this is helpful information. If you could send me what you can on Zondervan, I'd appreciate it. 

I also need someone to reach out to [redacted] and ask him to share a copy of the audio and video with TSW or with me. I'm particularly interested in either making sure that it is made free, including to me, or to stop using it to earn revenue. I'd be happy to get information on any agreement made with him, since I never dealt with him directly, but that is actually a higher priority for me than the Zondervan thing. 

If someone can help me 1) get [redacted] to respond and 2) understand the Zondervan arrangement, that would be very helpful. Thank you!
