Please forgive my audacity in sending this on without talking to you first.  Because it is kind of a hot topic and because Isaac has already published two books with Zondervan, I decided to take a chance.

This work seems to fill a gap in the literature.  Also, Logan Isaac has serious credentials and started the social activity network Pew Pew HQ, which gives him a good platform, I think.
