📧 “Anti-military hate crimes” (ignored)

Attached is everything the Linn County Courthouse kept from the trial. He pled out, so the DA did not get to ask him his motivation. Fox committed a hate crime less than a year after the Soldiers Amendment was passed and the Legion Post is still underwater because the building was worth less than the re-build. Had the Oregonian done their job more fully, it may have made more headlines and garnered support from all those "I support the troops" people. But by relegating it to obscurity, American Legion has had to deal with it by themselves.
