I am a newer NAACP member, I think I signed up in January. Unfortunately I haven't been able to get on any of the member Zoom meetings yet, but I wanted to put something on the chapter's radar for consideration. 

Senate Bill 1057 is a civil rights bill for military families, and it is poised to be our nation's first comprehensive civil rights act specifically for our soldiers, veterans, and Dependents, many of whom are black.
