Isaac v. Boshart Davis

On March 5, 2025, I filed suit against Shelly Boshart Davis, the Republican elected Representative for Oregon District 15, my district. After filing against Reneé Perry in Linn County, I realized my address is technically within Benton County, that is why the venue is different. Here is the complaint, followed by a transcript.

On February 7, 2025, Shelly Boshart Davis “‘under color of’ law and custom, deprived me of my Constitutional rights to free speech and peaceful assembly by restricting my access to public advocacy and lobbying for my protected class. In a written statement on Legislative letterhead, she prohibited me from “visiting my office” for 2 years without citing any credible violation of law or cause.
