📧 “files, etc.” from ODJ

I would ask, as a courtesy, that you kindly refrain from contacting Ms. Perry, Rep. Boshart Davis, and Mr. Hanes directly regarding the small claims matters.  This is standard practice for represented parties in litigation.  I appreciate there is some gray area because of your separate, but factually related public records requests and report to the US DOJ, so I would appreciate it if you would copy me and Ms. Maile, should you decide to contact them regarding other matters that are related, at least tangentially, to the small claims matters.

Thank you for linking to the information on your website.  I was not previously able to locate the audio recording you had mentioned in our call.  I am continuing to investigate and review documentation for this case.
