📧 “files, etc.” to ODJ
Michael, Thanks for confirming you have received my previous emails.
Thank you, also, for affirming that the video held by the State of Oregon's law enforcement agency is "factually related." I've therefore CCed Mx. Parks since she has refused to clarify a simple issue that obstructs my access to exculpatory evidence with direct relevance to an action at law. If she continues to refuse to uphold her legal and moral obligations to public interest, and obstruct the operation of the Court, I will seek to have her removed from her position to ensure taxpayer funds are not wasted on public employees' dereliction of duty. I'll restate my request before the Court in Linn Country, to be as clear and explicit as possible;
When will the State of Oregon turn over the video evidence I requested last week?
However, as you are not representing anyone your request to remove parties to this action from communication is denied. If I am in error, I hope you will correct me, but you are not an attorney and Mx. Maile has been silent throughout this entire endeavor. If private parties are receiving the benefit of representation by an attorney prior to a hearing, I have yet to hear from that individual.
