I submitted Complaint ID 20250905q7xw on September 11, 2025 regarding Chase Bank's servicing violations on SBA loan #5645189103, and provided supporting evidence via email on September 12, 2025.
I have not received confirmation of receipt from either submission.
On December 24, 2025, I received SBA Form 1201 notice of intent to refer this debt to Treasury, despite having an active OIG complaint pending for over three months regarding the lender's misconduct that created the delinquency.
