Logan M Isaac: Um, I'm calling about, uh, a loan that I took out that was backed by the SBA over a year ago. Um, the lender is JP Morgan Chase. The amount was $50,000 and. Uh, about eight months in, I began [00:03:00] trying to restructure the loan because I wasn't making my bottom line. Chase made multiple false statements, uh, moved deadlines, uh, ostensibly in retaliation, and I opened, uh, complaint with the OIG and I CC'd the ombudsman on September 11th. I haven't gotten receipt. Or a confirmation receipt of that complaint. In the meantime, I got a referral notice in the mail on Christmas Eve, so I wanna make sure on the record,
