“Rescinding Conditions” from ORLA
“Please see the enclosed letter that rescinds the previous conditions for entry as well as the Capitol’s policies on respectful and harassment free workplace.”
Dear Mr. Isaac,
Having conducted a one-year review of your conditional entry into the Capitol dated 21 February 2025 and finding no infractions of those conditions since that time, pursuant to my authority as Legislative Administrator as described in ORS 173.720, I am rescinding the conditional entry restrictions. That means you are free to enter the Capitol to conduct business or visit for tours and sightseeing without first contacting my office, Oregon State Police, or the Capitol Security Office.
Any and all conduct, business or pleasure, must adhere to both the Legislative Branch Personnel Rule 27: Safe, Respectful and Inclusive Workplace and the Legislative Branch Respectful Workplace Policy. A copy of the rule and the policy have been enclosed for your reading and convenience. Additionally, you can find more information about LBPR 27 on the oregonlegislature.gov website under the Legislative Equity Office (Legislative Equity Office Rule 27). Any violation of the rule or the policy by you will result in a reimposing of the conditional entry requirements detailed in our 21 February 2025 letter to you.
