📝 OSU False Arrest Medical Clearance

Logan Martin Isaac is a 44 y.o. male, history of asthma, who presents to the ED for evaluation of law enforcement clearance. Patient was BIB OSU campus police in wrist restraints. Patient has been trespassed from OSU campus for verbal threats to an OSU Director. [FALSE: Exclusion Notice cites “Proscribed Conduct,” which Expiry Letter clarifies as "Obstruction or disruption”]

Patient was on campus today and when he was asked to leave by the police he refused and was arrested. [FALSE: recorded audio shows Officer Beeton never asked victim to leave campus] Patient refused to answer suicidal ideation questions in jail. When asked if patient has any health concerns he responds that "his mental health has been used against him and refuses to answer questions." Patient denies injuries from today. Patient endorses use of marijuana.
