Pursuant to Oregon Public Records Law, Oregon State University (OSU) may charge for the actual cost of making public records available. The estimated cost for providing the materials you request, other than #1 - Body Cam Footage, is $332.05. This includes the hourly rate of the person(s) locating, reviewing and if necessary, redacting records that may be responsive to your request. Keep in mind that the total number of responsive non-exempt records may be low, but the time to process those documents still bears a cost. If we discover that our actual costs are less than estimated, we will refund the difference to you.

Body Cam Footage is exempt pursuant to ORS 192.345(40). You may seek review of our determination to apply this exemption pursuant to ORS 192.407, 192.411, 192.415, 192.418, 192.422, 192.427 and 192.431.
