I write only to note for the record that under ORS 192.415 and ORS 192.418, the statutory deadline for issuance of an order is seven days from receipt of the petition. I understand your office received my petition today, April 28, 2026, which would place the statutory deadline on or about May 5, 2026.

I appreciate the opportunity to submit any supplemental materials and will do so on or before May 4 as invited. I also appreciate your office's stated intent to seek clarification from OSU regarding which records are covered by the cost estimate.

I wanted to ensure the statutory timeline is part of the record and that my acceptance of your invitation to submit supplemental materials is not construed as a waiver of any rights arising under ORS 192.418 should an order not issue within the statutory period.
