Hey Justin [Brown],  I'm hoping you can help me figure something out related to research I'm doing on veterans employment discrimination.

Basically, the DoL VETS annual reports are faulty in a small but important way. The VETS staff refuses to answer questions I have, said they'd only respond to a Congressional Inquiry. When I pinged HCEL about this, I learned that they knew about the faulty reports last year and still allowed DoL to send a faulty 2019 report to HVAC.

Is there any oversight or accountability options when one committee is aware that another committee is receiving faulty info? I assume there'd be checks and balances in something like this, but you know what they say about assumptions... Can you help me figure out how to address this?
