Dear Chase Executive Office,

This email clarifies our phone conversation of November 28th regarding Case #ECW250627-07428.
 
During our call, I mistakenly stated December 6th as a deadline. To be clear: my written demand letter of November 12, 2025, established November 26th as Chase's deadline to respond. That deadline passed without the written resolution I required. Your verbal statement that Chase is "still researching the matter" is unacceptable given:

  • Nearly one full year of Chase "researching" while my credit deteriorated

  • My explicit September instructions to remove Maria Rascon from this matter, which Chase ignored

  • Chase's pattern of delay tactics while submitting my loan for SBA repurchase nine days before the restructuring deadline

I will accept the terms outlined in my November 26th letter through December 6, 2025, as a final courtesy. After December 6th, I will proceed with federal litigation and supplemental regulatory complaints as detailed in my demand letter.
 
I require written confirmation of Chase's acceptance or rejection of these terms - not additional "research" or phone calls - by December 6, 2025.
