📞 Chase Executive Office

Logan M Isaac: [00:00:00] But we don't have that you gave. Oh, okay.

Chase Executive Office: Okay. The research is still ongoing on your escalated concern. Um, once I have more information, I will follow up with the, uh, to let you know that, or to let you know that I'm working on the case. Um, and I do understand that you will like a written response off.

Once we've complete the, uh, investigation, we'll provide you with a written response.

Logan M Isaac: Okay. Um, I haven't received anything in writing from the executive office when. Should I expect that

Chase Executive Office: the research is still ongoing? I am with the, the executive office. The research is still ongoing. Once I complete that research, we will respond to you in writing.

I don't have a timeframe on the resolve.

Logan M Isaac: Okay. 'cause I've been asking for one for several weeks, if not months. And I recently filed disputes with the credit bureaus and they've sided with you. Um, which goes against most of, you know, all the emails from Trevor, [00:01:00] from Maria. Um, and so I'm gonna have to escalate this to litigation if Chase continues to delay and just use their overbearing financial whatever's to crush a small combat disabled veteran small business.

Chase Executive Office: I understand your position. We do Thank you for serving our country.

Logan M Isaac: I, I don't want a cheap thank you. I want the account to be wiped out since Trevor explicitly informed me of false information and then used that false information. I'm sorry, could you say that again?

Chase Executive Office: Do you have that in writing?

Logan M Isaac: Do I what?

Chase Executive Office: Do you have it in writing? You say he told you to do that?

Logan M Isaac: That is correct, and I forwarded it to, uh, this office. I had previously been, I find that hard to believe. I've been in contact with Carol for months and [00:02:00] then when I asked to be removed from contact from Maria Rascon. Uh, Maria Rascon reached out to me again.

I returned her phone call. She did not return it, and then I got a call or a voicemail from you, so I know you guys are listening, but you're listening selectively. Um, Carol has moved on. Maria has not phoned me back, but I know I've already forwarded. The Chase executive team, uh, the PDFs of the emails of Trevor's instructions to default in order to access, um, restructuring, which is a violation of several consumer financial protections.

Chase Executive Office: Alright, what I'll do is I'll go ahead and look at the previous case with Carol, and then I'll get that information. And then we'll follow up with you in writing.

Logan M Isaac: If I don't hear from you by the end of next business week, Friday, I'm going to take my evidence and proof, and I'm going to take you to court instead, because the way that you have been treating me is absolutely reprehensible.

Not only the denial [00:03:00] of having evidence, I've already supplied your office. The false information provided to me by my own business relationship manager, Trevor Garrison, the treatment, the abuse at the hand of Maria Rascon, um, and the, it's not quid pro quo. She just demanded payment in order to do the thing that I should have had access to a year ago.

So you have five business days. To get me something in writing, I'm taking a record of this phone call just as you are. Um, I, I don't think I need your name. I've already got it, but I'm kind of out of patience. My offer is wipe it. Um, or I'm gonna have to pursue, um, litigation because from all, from all accounts I can find and any advice I can get online is that this is an incredible lapse in responsibility on the, on behalf of a large multinational conglomerate to the injurious effect of a small, locally owned combat, veteran [00:04:00] operated small business.

Chase Executive Office: Understood. Can't promise you a response, uh, by next Friday, but what I will do is if we, if you do, uh, pursue anything outside of Chase legally, and you are represented by an attorney, you can have them reach out to us and we'll contact them directly. If you, uh, you're represented by an attorney at that time,

Logan M Isaac: I mean, you'll have to speak to me that, are you saying that you will not speak to me?

Chase Executive Office: What I stated was if you pursue this legally and you obtain an attorney, have your attorney contact us via of writing with a letter of representation and we'll speak directly to your attorney.

Logan M Isaac: I'm asking to make sure that you are not denying. Me access to communicate to my contract partner because of some future unforeseen doesn't exist scenario in which I have legal representation.

If we wanna speculate onto the future, that leaves a whole lot of things open and everything that I'm [00:05:00] saying to you now, I've already said in writing, I've given you until December 6th in writing to provide me a response to my offer, which is wipe it and there's no litigation. But I mean, you owe, I owe what?

Like. 30,000 between the two accounts. You've nuclearized my personal credit score. You've already cost me the ability to seek, uh, funding from other lenders and this, and I finally got my business open without your help and now you're making it even harder for me by tanking my deliberately and retaliatory tanking my credit score.

So this is not just some. A process protocol thing that went haywire. Chase is attacking a small business owned by a combat veteran and making it hard for me to, impossible for me to provide for my family and uh, and accomplish self-employment, which has been my goal since I got out of the military. [00:06:00] I understand.

Chase Executive Office: I was only speaking to what you stated. You stated that you were gonna pursue it legally and I was just advising

Logan M Isaac: I did not just.

Chase Executive Office: You just said you were gonna, you said you were going to, I,

Logan M Isaac: I reiterated the fact that I've already said in writing that I set a limit of December 6th.

Chase Executive Office: Okay. All right. Well, I understand your, your limit of December 6th and we'll try to meet that limit. If we're not, um, we will respond to you in writing once that resolution has been completed.

Logan M Isaac: Okay.

Chase Executive Office: All right. Well, I do thank you for taking my call and you enjoy the rest of your day.

Logan M Isaac: Okay.

I dunno, am I still on the call? No. Okay.
