Isaac v. Perry

On March 4, 2025, I filed suit against Reneé Perry, Chief of Staff for Oregon District 15, in Linn County small claims for violating 42 USC § 1983, also known as the KKK Enforcement Act of 1871. Here is the complaint, followed by a transcript.

On January 27, 2025, Reneé Perry “deprived my of my Constitutional rights to speech, assembly, and redress. In recorded audio, she can be heard saying “I’m gonna call (Oregon State Police” if you don’t tone your voice down!” As a state employee, as chief of staff to my elected Representative, she acted “under color of law.” There is no law restricting one’s “tone” nor empowering civil servants to the arbitrarily regulate the same.”
