📧 “Deadline Passed Without Confirmation”

This email provides notice that my public records request submitted April 2, 2026 has passed the five-business-day confirmation deadline without response.

I am contacting the Office of General Counsel to ensure the university is on notice of its outstanding obligation under Oregon public records law, ORS 192.324(2), which requires an agency to acknowledge receipt of a request "within five business days after receiving the request."
I am prepared to pursue enforcement through the appropriate channels if confirmation and a response timeline are not provided promptly.
